- Utah's income tax rates range from 2.3% to 7% depending upon your level of income.
- You are allowed a personal exemption equal to 3/4 of the federal exemption on your state return.
- The personal exemption for a single individual is $2,250, and for a married couple is $4,500. Each child receives a personal exemption of $2,250.
