- Disability benefits up to $600 a month
- Fraternal benefit society benefits
- Life insurance policy proceeds for a spouse
- Life, annuity contract or endowment avails for a spouse or dependent
- Life insurance proceeds if clause prohibits use to pay creditors
Pensions for public employees, firefighters, police officers, public school employees, IRAs, Keoghs. Aid for the blind, aged or disabled and AFDC, tuition credit. Unemployment compensation. Worker’s compensation.
Personal Property
- Animals, crops, books, household goods, firearms, musical instruments, hunting and fishing gear to $1,500 total, including jewelry to $200 per item
- Beds & linens and clothing to $200 per item
- Burial plot
- Cash, money due within 90 days, tax refund and bank deposits to a total of $400
- Cooking stove & refrigerator to $300 each
- Farm equipment including livestock and feed up to $10,000
- Tools of trade to $750; seal and register of Notary Public
- One automobile or truck to $1,000
- Additional $400 of any property
